I have recreated this fault many times myself. This is with the jog dial disabled as they can be overly sensitive.
you have to turn off the mixer, restart the software (VDJ) and this takes about 20-30 seconds. Being a mobile DJ i work in a variety of venue's and when on a stage, if a child or drunk adult jumps on the stage, the vibration will freeze the mixer.
Yes it's very plasticy and toy like but it works well for the money when you have the settings correct. 6-7 hours seemless music without a problem.Ĭontrols are easy to use and once you have figured out the asio settings for VDJ, its a breeze to use. In windows 7 (same laptop, upgraded to windows 7) the mixer is reliable and ASIO configuration works. The ASIO driver configuration would mess up and the music would stop mid set. I have been using this mixer with Virtual DJ Pro (Full) for 6 months now and it is a nightmare with windows XP.
